Das EasyStep Mouse NPT (Neopterin) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von EasyStep Mouse NPT.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Hemmungs-Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus-NPT-Antigen vorbeschichtet, und die Maus-NPT-Standardplattenvertiefungen, die mittels proteinbezogener Techniken vorbeschichtet wurden, sind separat erhältlich. Standard-/Probenverdünnungspuffer oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann wird ein HRP-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-NPT ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung wird die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-NPT in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
