Das Pig CRH (Corticotropin Releasing Hormone) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von CRH.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Schweine-CRH vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, danach eine biotin-konjugierte Antikörperlösung, die spezifisch für Schweine-CRH ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Schweine-CRH in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
