Das EasyStep Human LTF(Lactoferrin) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von EasyStep Human LTF.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Human-LTF ist, und die Human-LTF-Standardplattenvertiefungen, die mittels proteinbezogener Techniken vorbeschichtet wurden, werden separat bereitgestellt. Standard-/Probenverdünnungspuffer oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann wird ein HRP-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Human-LTF ist, hinzugefügt. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Human-LTF und HRP-konjugierten Antikörper enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Human-LTF in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
