Activity

Gemessen an der Fähigkeit des immobilisierten Proteins, die Adhäsion von embryonalen NIH-3T3-Mausfibroblastenzellen zu unterstützen. Werden 5 × 104 Zellen/Well zu mCD4-His-beschichteten Platten (0,8 μg/ml und 100 μl/Well) gegeben, adhärieren nach 30 Minuten bei 37 °C ca. > 50 % spezifisch.
