TNFRSF4, also known as OX40 or CD134, is a member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily expressed at the cell surface. In mouse, Tnfrsf4 is located on the external side of the plasma membrane and contributes to immune-cell signalling, including regulation of T-cell responses, cell survival and inflammatory processes.
