DNTT, commonly called terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase or TdT, is a specialised nuclear DNA polymerase expressed mainly in immature lymphoid cells. Unlike most DNA polymerases, TdT can add nucleotides to DNA ends without a template, contributing to junctional diversity during V(D)J recombination in developing B and T lymphocytes.
Boster Bio PB9162 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against an E. coli-derived human TdT recombinant protein spanning K316-A509.
