Product description

Caspase-9 (CASP9) is an initiator caspase in the intrinsic apoptotic pathway. Following mitochondrial cytochrome c release, procaspase-9 is recruited to the APAF1-containing apoptosome, where activation of CASP9 helps initiate the downstream caspase cascade that drives programmed cell death.

Boster Bio PA1595 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide from the middle region of human caspase-9. Boster documents this antibody for detection of human CASP9.
