TPBG, also known as 5T4, is a leucine-rich transmembrane glycoprotein expressed at the cell surface. It has roles in cell adhesion and migratory signalling and is best known as an oncofoetal antigen, with restricted expression in many normal adult tissues but increased expression in a range of tumours.
Boster Bio M07442-1 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody against TPBG/5T4, clone CDA-20. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from human 5T4.
