Product description

Interleukin-13 (IL-13) is a secreted cytokine that signals through the IL-13 receptor complex and is closely associated with type 2 immune responses. In rat biology it is found in the extracellular space and contributes to regulation of gene expression and cell responses relevant to allergic inflammation and tissue remodelling.

This Boster Bio Rat IL-13/Interleukin-13 PicoKine® ELISA kit is designed for quantitative detection of rat IL-13. Boster specifies a rat IL-13 standard together with an IL-13-specific pre-coated microplate and biotinylated detection antibody for the assay.
