CCL4, also known as MIP-1 beta, is a secreted CC chemokine involved in inflammatory cell recruitment and immune-cell communication. It signals through chemokine receptors including CCR5 and contributes to the migration and activation of leukocyte populations such as monocytes and natural killer cells.
