TNFSF4, also known as OX40 ligand or CD252, is a member of the tumour necrosis factor ligand family that binds OX40/TNFRSF4 and contributes to T-cell activation and regulation of lymphocyte responses. In mouse, Tnfsf4 is associated with the cell surface and extracellular space, consistent with its role as an immune co-stimulatory ligand.
Mouse TNFSF4/OX40L ELISA Kit PicoKine® is a Boster Bio sandwich ELISA developed for quantitative measurement of mouse Tnfsf4. The assay uses a Tnfsf4-specific pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody and a mouse Tnfsf4 standard.
