Product description

Chitinase-3-like protein 1 (CHI3L1/YKL-40) is a secreted glycoprotein in the glycoside hydrolase 18 family that lacks chitinase activity. It is produced by cell types including activated macrophages and is associated with inflammatory responses and tissue remodelling.

This Boster Bio PicoKine® ELISA kit is designed for quantitative detection of mouse Chi3l1 using a pre-coated anti-mouse Chi3l1 capture plate and a biotinylated detection antibody.
