TNFSF12, also known as TWEAK, is a member of the tumour necrosis factor ligand family and binds the FN14/TWEAKR receptor. It occurs in membrane-bound and soluble forms and contributes to inflammatory signalling, cell survival or death responses, tissue remodelling and regulation of endothelial cell proliferation and migration.
