TLR2 (CD282) is a cell-surface pattern-recognition receptor of the Toll-like receptor family that contributes to innate immune recognition of microbial components. It forms receptor complexes with other TLR family members and activates signalling pathways that regulate inflammatory responses.
This Boster Bio PicoKine® sandwich ELISA is designed for quantitative detection of human TLR2. The assay uses an anti-human TLR2 pre-coated microplate, a human TLR2 standard and a biotinylated anti-human TLR2 detection antibody.
