Product description

MBD2 is a methyl-CpG-binding protein that associates with methylated DNA and forms part of chromatin-remodelling and transcriptional repression machinery, including the NuRD complex. It is primarily a nuclear protein, where it helps translate DNA methylation patterns into changes in chromatin state and gene expression.

This Boster Bio Anti-MBD2 Antibody Picoband® is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human MBD2. It is intended for research into MBD2 abundance and methylation-associated chromatin regulation.
