Product description

TNFSF4, also known as OX40 ligand or CD252, is a member of the tumour necrosis factor ligand family and a cell-surface costimulatory molecule. By binding OX40/TNFRSF4 on activated T cells, it helps regulate T-cell expansion, survival and cytokine responses during adaptive immunity. TNFSF4 is expressed on activated antigen-presenting and other immune cells and functions at the plasma membrane, with soluble forms also reported following processing.

Human TNFSF4/OX40L ELISA Kit PicoKine® is Boster Bio’s quantitative immunoassay for human TNFSF4. The kit uses a TNFSF4-specific pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody and a recombinant human TNFSF4 standard.
