Product description

RPS6KA5, also known as MSK1, is a mitogen- and stress-activated serine/threonine kinase that acts downstream of ERK and p38 signalling. It regulates transcriptional responses by phosphorylating factors such as CREB and ATF1 and contributes to chromatin and inflammatory gene regulation. MSK1 is predominantly associated with the nucleus.
