Product description

ABCC4, also known as MRP4, is an ATP-dependent ABC transporter that exports cyclic nucleotides, prostaglandins, urate and a range of xenobiotics and drug metabolites, linking membrane transport with cellular signalling and detoxification. It is a multi-pass plasma-membrane protein whose apical or basolateral localisation varies between tissues and cell types.
