Laminins are heterotrimeric extracellular-matrix glycoproteins and major components of basement membranes, where they provide structural support and help regulate cell adhesion, migration and tissue organisation. Laminin gamma chains contribute to the assembly of multiple laminin isoforms within this extracellular matrix network.
Boster Bio PB9142 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody generated against a peptide mixture derived from human laminin gamma-1, gamma-2 and gamma-3 sequences, and is designed to recognise laminin gamma-chain-containing isoforms.
