Product description

IKBKB (IKKβ) is a catalytic subunit of the IκB kinase complex and a central regulator of canonical NF-κB signalling. Following pathway activation, IKKβ phosphorylates IκB proteins, promoting their degradation and allowing NF-κB transcription factors to enter the nucleus and regulate inflammatory, immune and cell-survival programmes. IKKβ functions primarily within the cytoplasmic IKK signalling complex.

This Boster Bio Picoband® antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human IKKβ protein. It is intended for research use in studies of IKBKB and NF-κB pathway biology.
