Acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) rapidly hydrolyses acetylcholine, terminating cholinergic signalling at neuromuscular junctions and neuronal synapses. ACHE exists in several alternatively processed and assembled forms, including membrane-associated forms, and is also present on erythrocyte membranes where it contributes to the Yt blood group antigen.
This Boster Bio antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human ACHE. It is intended for research use in the detection and study of ACHE protein.
