Product description

ABI1 is a signalling adaptor that helps coordinate actin cytoskeleton remodelling, Rac signalling and cell migration. It is a component of the WAVE regulatory complex and can localise to the cytoplasm, nucleus, cytoskeleton and actin-rich structures including lamellipodia and filopodia.

This Boster Bio product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against ABI1, generated using a synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human ABI1. It is intended for research detection of ABI1.
