RELB is a DNA-binding member of the NF-kappaB transcription-factor family and is a key component of the non-canonical NF-kappaB pathway. It functions mainly in the nucleus after pathway activation, where RELB-containing dimers regulate transcriptional programmes involved in immune-cell development, inflammatory signalling and lymphoid tissue biology.
Boster Bio PA1803 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human RELB, with the immunogen sequence conserved in mouse. It is intended for research detection of RELB, while detailed reactivity, application and formulation data remain in the structured specifications below.
