SLC12A2, commonly known as NKCC1, is a multi-pass plasma-membrane cation-chloride cotransporter that moves sodium, potassium and chloride ions across the membrane. It plays an important role in maintaining intracellular chloride levels, ionic balance and cell volume and is widely expressed across secretory and excitable tissues.
Boster Bio PA2169 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide from the N-terminus of human NKCC1, with the immunogen sequence conserved in the related mouse and rat proteins. It is intended for research detection of SLC12A2/NKCC1, while the detailed application, reactivity and formulation data remain in the structured specifications below.
