Product description

FGFR4 is a cell-surface receptor tyrosine kinase for fibroblast growth factors. It regulates signalling involved in cell proliferation, differentiation and migration, and has important roles in metabolic pathways including bile acid homeostasis through FGF19 signalling. As a transmembrane receptor, FGFR4 is localised to the plasma membrane, with particularly relevant expression in tissues including liver and gastrointestinal epithelium.

This Boster Bio Picoband® antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against recombinant human FGFR4 corresponding to residues L22–H206.
