Cyclin A2 (CCNA2) is a cell-cycle regulatory cyclin that forms kinase complexes with CDK1 and CDK2 to control progression through the G1/S and G2/M transitions. Its abundance rises during S and G2 phases and it is predominantly nuclear during interphase, with redistribution to the cytoplasm during prophase.
Boster Bio’s Anti-Cyclin A2/CCNA2 Antibody Picoband® is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human Cyclin A2 protein spanning residues A10-K168. It is intended for research detection of CCNA2 protein.
