Product description

RPSA is a multifunctional protein that forms part of the small ribosomal subunit and is also known as the 37/67 kDa laminin receptor. In addition to its role in translation, cell-surface RPSA can bind laminin and has been linked to cell adhesion, migration and interactions with basement-membrane components.

This Boster Bio Picoband® antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against human RPSA. It is intended for detection of the 67 kDa laminin receptor/RPSA protein in research workflows where assessment of intracellular and cell-surface pools is relevant.
