Product description

Fas ligand (Faslg/FASL) is a tumour necrosis factor family ligand that binds the Fas death receptor and helps regulate activation-induced apoptosis and immune homeostasis. It is produced as a type II membrane protein and can also be released in soluble form following proteolytic processing.
