Interleukin-17 receptor C (IL-17RC) is a single-pass type I membrane receptor expressed mainly in non-haematopoietic tissues. Together with IL-17RA, it contributes to receptor complexes for IL-17A and IL-17F and therefore participates in pro-inflammatory cytokine signalling.
