Product description

NDUFA9 rabbit pAb is a research-use antibody from ELK Biotechnology for studying NDUFA9 in WB, ELISA workflows with listed reactivity for Human, Mouse, Rat. Specifications and supporting documents below should be reviewed when planning the experiment.

Background

The encoded protein is a subunit of the hydrophobic protein fraction of the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I), the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain located in the inner mitochondrial membrane. A pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 12. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010],

Additional antibody information

Specificity NDUFA9 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NDUFA9 protein.
Validation evidence captions Western blot analysis of lysates from SH-SY5Y cells, primary antibody was diluted at 1:1000, 4°over night
