Product description

SOCS2 is a cytokine-inducible regulator of signalling that helps restrain pathways such as JAK-STAT by acting as a substrate-recognition component of a cullin-5 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. It is predominantly associated with the cytoplasmic signalling machinery, where it can promote turnover of activated signalling proteins and receptors.
