Product description

SIRT7 is an NAD-dependent protein deacylase in the sirtuin family that regulates chromatin and transcription, including deacetylation of histone H3 lysine 18 and support of ribosomal RNA transcription. It localises mainly to the nucleolus and nucleoplasm, where it associates with chromatin and ribosomal DNA.

This Boster Bio Anti-SIRT7 antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human SIRT7 protein and is intended for research detection of SIRT7.
