Product description

SERCA3, encoded by ATP2A3, is a calcium-transporting P-type ATPase located in the sarcoplasmic and endoplasmic reticulum membrane. It couples ATP hydrolysis to movement of calcium from the cytosol into the reticulum lumen, contributing to intracellular calcium sequestration and calcium-dependent signalling.

This Boster Bio Anti-SERCA3 ATPase/ATP2A3 Antibody Picoband® is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against SERCA3. It is intended for research into ATP2A3 expression and intracellular calcium-handling pathways.
