Product description

LRRK2 is a large serine/threonine kinase and GTPase that regulates processes including vesicle trafficking, autophagy, innate immune signalling and neuronal function. It is predominantly cytoplasmic but can associate with intracellular membranes, including Golgi, endosomal, lysosomal and mitochondrial compartments. Boster Bio PB9281 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human LRRK2 protein.
