Product description

ATG13 is a core component of the ULK1 autophagy-initiation complex and is required for autophagosome formation and mitophagy. It functions in the cytoplasmic autophagy machinery, linking nutrient-sensitive mTOR signalling to regulation of the ULK1-ATG13-RB1CC1 complex during initiation of autophagy.
