Product description

IKK alpha, encoded by CHUK, is a serine/threonine kinase and component of the IκB kinase complex that regulates NF-κB signalling. It phosphorylates IκB proteins to promote their degradation and thereby permits NF-κB activation, while also contributing to non-canonical NF-κB signalling and other cellular programmes. CHUK is widely expressed and functions primarily in intracellular signalling complexes.

This Boster Bio antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against recombinant human IKK alpha protein. It is intended for research detection of CHUK/IKK alpha, with application and reactivity details provided separately in the product specifications.
