Product description

ESR1 encodes oestrogen receptor alpha, a ligand-activated nuclear receptor that regulates gene transcription in response to oestrogens. It is particularly important in reproductive tissues and also contributes to cellular proliferation, differentiation and bone biology. The receptor is predominantly nuclear, where it binds DNA directly or acts through other transcription factors.

This Boster Bio Picoband® antibody recognises ESR1. Boster identifies PB9192 as a rabbit polyclonal antibody generated against recombinant human oestrogen receptor alpha.
