Product description

CD45, encoded by PTPRC, is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase and one of the major cell-surface glycoproteins of leukocytes. As a single-pass membrane protein it helps set signalling thresholds in immune cells, particularly during antigen-receptor signalling, and can partition into membrane rafts and immunological-synapse regions.
