ABCG2, also known as BCRP, is an ATP-dependent efflux transporter that exports a broad range of endogenous compounds, dietary toxins and xenobiotics. It contributes to urate and porphyrin homeostasis and is an important determinant of drug disposition and multidrug resistance. ABCG2 is a membrane protein expressed in barrier and excretory tissues, including placenta, intestine, liver and kidney.
Boster Bio PB9364 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against ABCG2 generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human ABCG2.
