Product description

CD40 is a cell-surface receptor in the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily that is expressed on B cells and other antigen-presenting cells. Engagement by CD40 ligand supports immune-cell activation and is important for processes including immunoglobulin class switching, germinal-centre responses and memory B-cell development.

This Boster Bio Human CD40/TNFRSF5 ELISA Kit is designed to quantify human CD40 in research samples using an antibody-based sandwich assay. It enables measurement of CD40 abundance in studies of adaptive immunity, inflammatory signalling and related immune-cell biology.
