Product description

Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP4/CD26) is a cell-surface serine peptidase with roles in peptide processing, including the inactivation of incretin hormones involved in glucose regulation. A soluble form is also present in biological fluids.

This Boster Bio PicoKine® ELISA kit is designed for quantitative measurement of human DPP4. Boster states that the assay detects the soluble form of DPP4 using a recombinant human CD26 standard spanning residues D34–P766.
