Product description

PIM1 is a proto-oncogenic serine/threonine kinase involved in cell survival, proliferation and cell-cycle regulation through phosphorylation of multiple signalling and apoptotic regulators. Human PIM1 is expressed particularly in haematopoietic and germline lineages. Its isoforms show distinct localisation, with isoform 1 found in the cytoplasm and nucleus and isoform 2 associated with the cell membrane.

Boster Bio Anti-PIM1 Antibody Picoband® PB9315 is a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody directed against human PIM1. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human PIM1.
