Product description

SERPINH1, also known as HSP47, is an endoplasmic-reticulum collagen chaperone that binds procollagen and supports correct triple-helix formation and maturation before secretion. Its localisation in the endoplasmic reticulum places it directly within the secretory pathway used for collagen biosynthesis.

This Boster Bio anti-Hsp47/SERPINH1 antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human Hsp47/SERPINH1 protein, providing a product-specific reagent for investigating collagen-processing biology.
