Product description

HNF1A is a nuclear transcription factor that regulates gene expression in differentiated epithelial tissues, particularly liver, pancreas, kidney and intestine. It has an important role in hepatic metabolic programmes and pancreatic beta-cell function, and pathogenic variants in HNF1A are a well-established cause of maturity-onset diabetes of the young.

This Boster Bio Picoband® antibody recognises human HNF1A. Boster identifies PB9214 as a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human HNF1A protein.
