Product description

GATA3 is a zinc-finger transcription factor that regulates lineage-specific gene expression, with important roles in T-cell development, T-helper 2 differentiation and epithelial differentiation. It functions primarily in the nucleus, where it binds GATA DNA motifs and coordinates transcriptional programmes.
