Product description

FOXO1 is a forkhead transcription factor that integrates insulin and growth-factor signalling with metabolic and stress-responsive gene regulation. It shuttles between the nucleus and cytoplasm, with phosphorylation by AKT promoting nuclear export, while nutrient deprivation and oxidative stress favour nuclear localisation and transcriptional activity.

This Boster Bio Picoband® antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against recombinant human FOXO1 corresponding to residues N456–G655.
