Product description

Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) is a membrane-associated zinc peptidase of the renin–angiotensin system that converts angiotensin I to angiotensin II and also degrades bradykinin. Somatic ACE is expressed at the cell surface, including on vascular endothelial and several epithelial cell types, with its catalytic region exposed extracellularly.

Boster Bio’s Anti-Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 1/ACE Antibody Picoband® (PB9124) is an antigen-affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human ACE fragment for research detection of ACE.
