Product description

KLK6 (kallikrein-related peptidase 6, also known as neurosin) is a secreted trypsin-like serine protease encoded within the kallikrein gene cluster on chromosome 19. It participates in extracellular proteolysis and has been studied in nervous-system biology, inflammation and cancer. The major human KLK6 isoform is synthesised as a preproprotein with a signal peptide, consistent with secretion.
