RAC1 is a plasma membrane-associated small GTPase that switches between GDP-bound and GTP-bound states to regulate actin cytoskeleton organisation, cell migration, adhesion, membrane ruffling and other signalling processes. Its localisation and activity can shift between the plasma membrane and intracellular compartments as part of this regulatory cycle.
This Boster Bio antibody recognises RAC1 and is supplied as a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human RAC1. It is intended for research use in studies of RAC1 expression and signalling.
