Product description

ABL1 is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that regulates cytoskeletal remodelling, cell adhesion and motility, autophagy, DNA-damage responses and apoptosis. Its localisation is dynamic, with ABL1 shuttling between the cytoplasm and nucleus and associating with the cytoskeleton; it can also redistribute to mitochondria during oxidative stress.

Boster Bio Anti-c Abl/ABL1 Antibody Picoband® PB9468 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a C-terminal human ABL1 peptide. It is intended for research detection of ABL1, including studies of normal ABL1 signalling and pathways in which ABL1 activity or localisation is altered.
